Communicate securely with a Hometown Community Banks Team Member. The Online Banking system includes a secure messaging system that allows you to send or receive messages to and from the Bank.
To Access the Secure Messaging system:
When you are finished, click the [Send message] button, and a Hometown Community Banks representative will contact you.
Reduce paper and securely receive your statements. With eStatements, you can access your statement as soon as the statement is available. We provide up to two years of statements accessible online 24/7 from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Activating eStatements:
If Delivery Type is not eStatement, click on the pencil for each account to enroll it in eStatements.
Once enrolled in eStatements, you will receive an email notification when your statement is available. The email will contain instructions for accessing your statement through Online Banking. For security reasons, the email will not contain a link to your statement.
